We are all a part of the human family, but we have each had painful and traumatic experiences that shaped who we are individually. The ways we adapt to our experiences can vary, and these adaptations give us a set of lenses through which we see ourselves and the world. Most of us are unaware of how these lenses color our perceptions, and we go along with them until we are confronted with the fact that something is no longer working. These moments are rich in potential for meaningful change. I work with people to discover their internal landscapes and how they have had to adapt to pain in order to survive. Many of these adaptations are subconscious, and I enjoy assisting people in exploring themselves more deeply in order to heal and build something new.
