Every client has the capacity for personal growth, self-awareness and change. In my role as a counselor, I serve as a collaborative guide, offering support, insight, and practical tools to help clients build self-reliance and navigate life’s challenges with confidence. Central to my approach is the creation of a safe space rooted in unconditional positive regard. I strive to meet each client with empathy, respect, and authenticity, honoring the uniqueness of their experiences and perspectives. While emotional exploration is important to the healing process, I view it as a starting point not the final destination. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop effective coping strategies. My work emphasizes personal agency, encouraging clients to take ownership of their growth both in and outside of sessions.
