I believe healing happens when you feel truly seen, known, and supported. Many of my clients come to therapy carrying worry, stress, or exhaustion—whether from academic pressure, relationship stressors, life transitions, pregnancy shifts, or the realities of early motherhood. Others come because they’re tired of perfectionism, people-pleasing, or feeling like they have to hold everything together for everyone else. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling more grounded, more hopeful, and more connected to the person you’re becoming.
