Hello and welcome! I’m Whitney, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in Minnesota and Maine. My goal in therapy is to create a space for you to feel safe being present and exploring the bittersweet moments of life, the light and darkness, the joy and sorrow. We will work together to identify strategies to help you navigate challenges, process stressful and traumatic experiences, and learn and grow as you step forward in your journey of healing.
