As a compassionate and non-judgmental listener, I create a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable sharing about their most personal challenges. I strongly believe that the insights gained in therapy can lead not only to symptom relief but to an empowered, positive sense of self and a more fulfilling life. I consider the unique qualities and needs of each individual and integrate mindfulness and CBT when appropriate, but much of my work is deeper, exploring emotional patterns and beliefs developed in childhood.
