One of the most important reasons I became a counselor is because I believe we all need someone to walk alongside us in the process of healing and restoration. I am passionate about helping people grow and reach the healthiest version of themselves in mind, body, and spirit. I focus on adults with trauma, attachment/developmental trauma, depression, anxiety, relational/marital issues, and codependency issues. I specialize with partners who have experienced betrayal trauma and/or infidelity.
