About
As a therapist over the past 6 years, I have learned that connection, safety, and trust are the most important ingredients that can determine positive outcomes for trauma treatment. I have experience with neurodivergent individuals with a wide array of trauma wounds. These wounds create a powerful story about why these distressing events happened to us. When these wounds are left unattended, or avoided, over time, we may develop very complex chapters of this story. This can make it very hard to separate who we really are from the distorted perception trauma creates. These events can cause us to disconnect and lose ourselves. View 5 Photos The pain from these wounds can show up in our lives in many different ways such as self-sabotage, inability to trust yourself or others, difficulty making decisions, and fear of vulnerability and connection with others. I am here to work with you to address your trauma, heal your wounds, and find the peace you never knew was possible.
