My role as a therapist is to meet you at the place where you ask for help and compassionately and skillfully walk alongside you toward hope. Together, we will explore your internal and external resources (which often get buried under the weight of problems); your resilience; and your opportunities to grow and change. Therapy is a place to have honest conversations, gain insight, get to know yourself, and explore what is meaningful.
