If you are looking for an authentic and warm therapeutic approach welcome! My clients have often described my style as both down to earth and approachable. I enjoy helping, coaching, and supporting my clients so that they can reach their therapeutic goals! At my practice there is a simple understanding that no one can go through life without support sometimes. Whether stress, loss, relationships, navigating school / work, or even just starting your day: there is no shame in talking with someone to help understand your own next steps to better mental health. Sometimes asking for help is the hardest part. I enjoy working with adolescents & adults. I have specialization with individuals who have experiences of Trauma, ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, and those with Neurodiversity. However, I look forward to working with anyone who needs support in moving towards their own Calmer Shore.
