Hello, my name is Lisa! I became a therapist because I believe wholeheartedly in human potential—the potential to learn, grow, and evolve into our most authentic and whole selves. I am experienced in supporting women healing from addiction and relational trauma. I specialize in family therapy and helping parents develop practical coping strategies and emotional regulation skills for challenging parenting moments; I believe that our children thrive when we take good care of ourselves. I work with all individuals in substance use disorder treatment and recovery.
