We specialize in helping children, teens, and women build emotional regulation skills, heal from trauma, and reduce anxiety using trauma-informed, body-based approaches. Many of the individuals and families we work with feel overwhelmed, stuck in survival mode, or exhausted from pushing through for far too long. While traditional therapy may have offered insight or coping tools, the body can still feel tense, anxious, or on edge. Many of our clients benefit from nervous system regulation and whole-body restoration so healing can feel more sustainable and embodied, not just understood.
