Kate’s goal is to bring a compassionate, and non-judgemental strong clinical background to meet clients where they are currently struggling. She can help facilitate and explore healthy ways to cope, accept, and move through difficult emotions that are keeping you stuck. Kate Lambie attended Concordia University, receiving a Master's degree in Community Counseling. Kate is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and works with an array of modalities with a client centered approach. Kate also specializes in working with trauma, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, as well as the LGBTQ community.
