Hello! My name is Toni and I've been in social services for over 20 years and a practicing therapist for 17 years. When clients meet with me, they can expect a therapist who is down to earth and brings authentic self to session. Someone who is curious, straight forward yet gentle, honest, genuine and has a great sense of humor. For me, an ideal client is an individual who sees vulnerability as courage, finds value in openness, creativity and humor. They have the desire to gain insight about what isn’t working, create space for grace and compassion for self and investing in themselves to genuinely building a life worth living. Clients can receive support for trauma, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, substance use, co-occurring disorders, grief & loss, transitions, interpersonal & relational challenges. Clients seen, adolescents, adults, couples & families. Therapeutic techniques include: DBT, CBT, person-centered, trauma informed care, attachment and systems theory, EMDR & ART.
