I help individuals and couples improve the quality of their lives. I have been in private practice for over 30 years developing my craft. Sadly many people live far below their potential to experience love and happiness. The understanding that conditioning and unconscious training determine your perceptions and emotional reactions is the first step in the creation of new skills and emotional balance. My approach is a unique combination of cognitive restructuring and emotional integration leading to an improved awareness of possibilities both individually and in relationship.
