I help people feel better about themselves & their relationships, particularly in families. I work best with children, adolescents, and their parents in building and maintaining healthy and fulfilling relationships. Couples therapy is also a major focus for me. I have had 38 years of experience providing counseling and therapy. I emphasize self-concept, and couple and family bonding. Children and teens need clear and firm limits, along with nurturing and support. Parents need to receive - and give - respect and love. I provide effective and efficient help towards these ends. Therapy is by video or phone, for COVID safety.
