I practice from a patient and caring stance that allows me to understand who you are and gives you the room to come to know all of yourself. I believe that our therapeutic relationship can bring about a space of safety and challenge, exploration and reflection. My aim is that you will find yourself authentic in relationships, will feel relief from the burden of difficult feelings, and will live a rich life full of meaning. Humor, spontaneity, and playfulness are serious business here, too. I believe that growth comes as much from our play as from our reflection.
