Hello! Glad you're here! Wherever you might be on your therapeutic journey, whether just starting off or having navigated years of healing, I believe the relationship formed during sessions is more than half the process because we are, after all, humans first. I approach the work through a trauma informed lens and seek to create safety for the exploration of how your difficult experiences can still have a role in shaping who you are today. During sessions I most commonly utilize EMDR, IFS, EFT, DBT and Attachment Based Therapy.
