My ideal client would come to therapy ready to engage in the process. The process is not always fun, not quick or easy, but worth the journey in the end. Their issues would be addressed during the journey and goals met, along with an enlightened sense of self and purpose. They would want to get better for themselves but need the help and encouragement of another to guide them to where they have never been able to go before or sustain. They would be accepting of direct feedback and measurable goals to complete a treatment plan in an effective and expediated timetable.
