I am a McLean Hospital-trained Cognitive-Behavioral therapist (CBT) specializing in the treatment of anxiety, mood and substance use disorders in adults and adolescents. I am also trained in Motivational Interviewing (MI) and certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for the treatment of PTSD. While a grounding in the science of treatment informs all of my work, compassion and empathy are at its foundation. I am a Clinical Instructor of Psychology at the Harvard Medical School and Clinical Associate of Psychology at McLean Hospital.
