I am Bill DeFilippo, a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 20 years of experience providing mental health services to adults, children, families, and couples. I am passionate about helping individuals strengthen their ability to understand and improve themselves in the midst of life's complexities. One of my strengths is the ability to quickly build rapport with clients, creating a foundation of trust as we work together toward achieving greater life balance. Over the years, I’ve integrated a variety of treatment modalities into my practice, including family systems theory, structural family therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychoanalysis, and behavior modification.
