If you have been playing a role your whole life, and don't want to anymore. Or the patterns that have helped you survive and cope are costing more than they're giving, now is the right time for therapy. If you are grieving the loss of someone you love, managing chronic pain, struggling with addiction or trying to break out of unhelpful or abusive relationship patterns we could be a good fit to work together. I have over 10 years of experience working with people at all stages of life and in many different circumstances. My goal is to help you understand yourself with compassion, and see real change in your life. I bring an authentic approach to therapy, showing up as a therapist and a human being. I use parts work, Brainspotting, EMDR and outdoor nature based therapy to help you use your whole body in the healing process. I also weave in coping skills, relaxation techniques etc to make sure there are practical ways to use whatever you're growing in.
