The ability to talk to someone and have a sense that they know just where you're coming from and to know just what you're trying to say even before you can fully say it is a quality that my patients often describe when they tell me why I am effective in my work with them. I believe the challenge is in putting these skills together to help people find a way to be more effective in their lives. That is what the challenge is. It is with humility that i join my patients in meeting that challenge.
