Through empathy and direct communication, I assist you in finding the solutions to life's adversities, challenges, and mental health. My practice combines traditional with alternative and contemporary approaches, drawing from multiple styles, techniques, and perspectives to integrate what will be the most comprehensive approach for your needs.
