I help adults, adolescents, and couples navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and cultural identity. With my effort and your commitment, we can work together toward meaningful change and self-understanding. As a bilingual therapist, I offer sessions in English and Spanish. My approach is client-centered and strength-based, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy. Healing is a journey, and I’m here to walk it with you.
