I believe that life is an ongoing process of successes and learning that takes us onto our next goals and ventures. I specialize in helping people experiencing imbalance or interpersonal conflicts. I will work with you through various life issues including: parenting, crisis, death and dying and relationships. My therapy utilizes an introspective approach that includes Bio/Psychological/Social and Spiritual aspects of your life. We will work together to embrace the here and now experiences, moving toward building behavioral change and empowerment. I intend to get to the main theme of the problem, and begin building solutions.
