I hold a Master's degree from Columbia University in Counseling, Social Psychology, and Human Development. I am in the 5th year of a Ph.D. in the Psychology of Change, which involves moving from dissatisfaction, distress, or loss into a more profound feeling of satisfaction, engagement, and well-being. I have 7 years of experience working with adults navigating significant change, relationship & career difficulties, and other adverse issues who feel a need to change themselves and their lives. I am a compassionate, resourceful, and experienced partner, well-versed in these situations as both a person and a therapist.
