I primarily treat depression, anxiety, and PTSD and I also have strong experience working with LGBTQIA individuals and am a trans affirming provider. I primarily see adult age clients above the age of 21 in my practice. My ideal client is someone who takes the lead in therapy and utilizes our time together in a way that makes sense to them based off of the difficulties they are experiencing. I enjoy helping my patients identify potential roadblocks or thought processes that may be holding them back from their desired lived experience.
