Therapy can be a profound experience, but it can also be a simple one. I help my patients figure out what they want out of life so they can go out and get it. My approach is centered around providing the time and space for you to talk, explore, study your feelings, and truly listen to yourself. In my experience, this is where the magic of psychotherapy begins. My patients are often individuals who are genuinely curious about themselves and their feelings. They want to set aside an hour each week to sit and talk.
