Furthermore, Masters points out that Dougherty "provides a client-centered approach...and I love it when I hear that phrase, client centered, it's about you, not one size fits all, it's tailored to you". I provide services in both PA (in office or Telehealth) and New Jersey (Telehealth). I look to my clients to be the experts of themselves in order to guide the therapy. What I offer is insight as a catalyst for change. With a background in English literature, I bring a decidedly post-modern perspective to my therapeutic approach. I provide techniques that address core beliefs and intrusive thoughts that trigger many conditions effectively.
