Where the experience of you processing your thoughts, emotions, beliefs and relationships, will be the key drivers to elicit healing and transformation. I specialize in depression, grief anger, resentment, men's issues, inter-generational trauma, relationship with our parents, parenthood and relationships. I help my clients get honest and discover clarity.
