I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (Alabama) with over 35 years experience as a counselor, and 30 years as a Licensed Professional Counselor. My practice includes individual therapy for depression, anxiety, grief, addictions, daily coping. My background and perspective are informed primarily by person-centered and cognitive behavioral practice. I believe in valuing each person for who they are, and helping each person identify and challenge the unhealthy and irrational thought and belief patterns that lead to emotional distress.
