You want to be seen, heard, and accepted for who you authentically are. Together we can work towards you reaching your fullest self. I believe that therapy should be tailored to the individual. My core approaches include Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt, and Reality Therapy. Together we can find the lenses that work best for you.
