All that will be asked of you is to participate in therapy with the courage and honesty needed to be truthful about what is getting in the way of achieving your goals, for you to be willing to learn something new. In addition, along the way we will practice guided meditation and visualization with progressive muscle relaxation as a means to facilitate improved focus and mindfulness.
