I’m Robyn Beale, LPC, and I specialize in helping adults navigate trauma, anxiety, and depression. My work centers on supporting clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves due to experiences that their mind and body haven’t fully healed from. I am a trauma-informed therapist trained in evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, CBT, ACT, mindfulness-based interventions, and attachment-focused work. I draw from polyvagal theory and parts work to understand how your nervous system has learned to protect you—and how we can gently help it shift into safety. I tailor every session to your pace.
