I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in the Los Angeles area serving clients in the State of California via Telehealth. The primary population I work with is Adults 18+ having mental health difficulties such as anxiety, depression, stress management, communication in relationships, and a variety of life difficulties. Using a humanistic approach, I feel is the best way to strengthen the therapeutic relationship while empowering the client. My therapeutic approach is client-centered therapy and using didactic techniques because there isn't one cure-all when it comes to people.
