I work with adults of all ages navigating the effects of trauma, whether from a single painful event or ongoing relational and emotional trauma. Trauma can show up as people-pleasing, relationship struggles, anger, chronic pain, addiction, shame, insecurity, anxiety, depression, or difficulty with life transitions. Healing is possible, and you deserve support. I help people release shame, rediscover themselves, develop a greater sense of internal peace, learn to set boundaries and improve relationships, and to find reasons to smile again.
