To be asked what my ideal client would be feels a bit daunting for both you, the reader, and myself. My only “ideal” is that even if you feel nervous or afraid, if you’re at the end of yourself and uncertain where to go next, and maybe even have had past negative therapy experiences but still want to remain hopeful, then you’re ideal. You can be court ordered. A couple afraid your issues have gotten too big for too long. Not racially or culturally the same as me. Neurodiverse. You can be a member of the LGBTQIA+ community. You’re welcome, safe, and not alone in healing and determining what is best for you life.
