We offer individual mental health counseling to children, adolescents, grown ups, and families. Children can often times be difficult for adults to understand. Even those children who act like "little grownups" need help communicating their needs and feelings in a developmentally appropriate way. At times we have to uncover those challenging feelings through play. When facing difficulties, the entire family system can be impacted. I believe people are so resilient and have the inherent capability to work towards healing and growth when provided with a safe and supportive space. As a Registered Play Therapist, my goal is to provide a safe and caring space, where unconditional positive regard and empathy can assist the child in expression through play! My holistic approach encourages growth and introspection.Through art and play, we can reclaim our capacity to feel joy, hope, and safety.
