Going to a strange office and talking about your most personal issues with someone you've never met can be a difficult, sensitive task. I appreciate that people experience problems and challenges in their life. My approach with children, adults, families and couples is to help them feel comfortable, respected and hopeful about their situation. Depending upon the problem, I utilize best practice strategies to help clients find solutions to their problems and build a path to success. That may take the form of cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma focused therapy, relational therapy, Neurofeedback, and stress management. View 8 Photos I have been awarded Board Certification in Neurofeedback (sometimes referred to EEG Biofeedback) in which I utilize QEEG guided 19 channel or LORETA zscore neurofeedback. Research has shown that many conditions, including ADHD, learning disabilities, anxiety, brain injury, attention, concentration, sleep disorders, addiction and depression have been favorably influenced by neurofeedback.
