As women, it's engrained in us to prioritize the needs of others. Perhaps you're here because you realized the best way to do that is to prioritize yourself. When you are well, those around you are well. The health of a woman impacts the health of everyone around them, and my role is to provide a safe and nurturing space, using an eclectic mix of evidence-based approaches to help you uncover patterns in your life to help you understand how to show up for yourself and others. My goal is to equip clients with the tools they need to process the issues that are impacting their healing and growth.
