I have extensive experience in working with people who struggle with anxiety, worry, fear, panic, shame, and sadness. I use techniques that are backed by research, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP), prolong exposure, cognitive processing therapy, ACT and mindfulness. We will work together to understand beliefs or behavior patterns that hold you back in life. With compassion and support, I will work with you to develop practical coping skills you can use to feel better, reduce avoidance, face your fears, and live your life with more freedom.
