My ideal client is a school age child or young adult who is wanting to better themselves but may not know how to do that just yet. I typically work with individuals who have experienced past trauma, struggling with anxiety, depression, or ADHD, mood regulation, and help managing their anger or problem behaviors. In addition to being self-aware and motivated, learning what goals are important to you is a big part of therapy. We will work together to figure out your needs and how we can achieve those goals throughout our time together. Therapy is not always easy and opening up can be difficult. But, I am ready to help you do the work.
