Hi, I'm Emily Matthew - Psychotherapist, Artist, and Human of the Tanana Valley in Fairbanks, Alaska. I help clients improve their self-esteem, relationships, and quality of life through relational approaches. As an artist I have a special curiosity of light and my work with clients often involves finding the light, the strength, within themselves to help them navigate their world. By using my own humanness - humor, kindness, and authentic self - I create a safe and nurturing environment for clients to be themselves while also encouraging them to dig deeper to create better understanding of self.
