My approach is direct, compassionate, and grounded in honesty and practical tools. Therapy with me focuses on real change—helping you regain control, rebuild trust, and move forward with clarity. My focus includes relationship therapy, men’s issues, sexual addiction, sex work, sexual dysfunction, sexual exploration, trauma recovery, infidelity, and anxiety. I draw from Gottman, EFT, and narrative therapy to help clients rebuild trust, strengthen communication, and create lasting growth.
