Our staff each has their own niche of what they love to work with and varying personalities; soft and highly empathetic to direct and skills focused and all the therapeutic approaches in between. We want to help as many as we can and are looking at being able to help anyone who is seeking help to deal with the issues they find uncomfortable and not helpful with their personal circumstances. We tend to be skills based and are all about teaching clients how to find new habits that will help and processing through the hard memories or times so you can feel empowered in you circumstances again.
