Through a blend of compassion, understanding, and a touch of humor, I focus on the complexities of life through the female lens. I work to support clients in navigating different life stages, learn strategies to help improve relationships, process trauma, break unhealthy generational patterns, understand our own mental health and how it may change throughout the course of our lifetimes all while gaining healthy coping skills and working to find the true meaning of love for ourselves and others.
