Do you find yourself or teen overwhelmed by anxiety, fear of failing or struggles related to your own past? With the ever changing world, kids are facing many more obstacles than ever before. As parents we are facing challenges that our own parents never had to face! My work focuses on helping parents reflect and process how their own upbringing impacts them as parents today. This may include processing past trauma and experiences from your own childhood. Together, you will process how your upbringing impacts you today as well as how to manage your anxieties and fears related to yourself and children.
