My practice focuses on the overall well being of women in all stages of life. Women who aren't sure where to start but know that the current ways are not sustainable. Women who wonder if happiness really exists. Those who have had difficulty getting pregnant or difficulty during pregnancy or postpartum, and the new moms who are sad, angry, or worrying a lot. Parents who are unsure of how to meet their child's needs as well as their own. Neurodivergent women who have been told there is nothing wrong with them and they just need to try harder. Women seeking feedback and a new perspective.
