In particular, I have seen a lot of success helping people overcome past traumatic experiences as well as overwhelming present-day fears and worries. I also enjoy working with people who struggle with addictive behaviors and problems with mood. I use a nonjudgmental yet motivational approach to help people be the best versions of themselves they can be.
