My practice is limited to working with children and teens (including college students) who are facing challenges falling asleep, staying asleep, getting up, sleeping too little, sleeping too much, sleeping at the wrong times and suffering from nightmares or bad dreams. Over the years, I have also worked with student athletes and student musicians who have some unique challenges regarding sleep given their demanding schedules.
